Who we are

Verarbo ("we", "us") builds and supports business solutions, and publishes verarbo.com. Questions about privacy go to info@verarbo.com.

What we collect

• Business contacts: your name, work email, company and role, when you write to us, ask about a pilot, or we write to you about our solutions.
• What you send us: emails, and the files and exports you share to set up or support a pilot.
• This website: verarbo.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Hostinger, which hosts it, processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.

The software

The software your organization uses is run by our platform provider. It handles your sign-in and your organization's data under its own privacy policy, which is shown when you first sign in. We see your organization's data only when your organization invites us to help, and only as it allows.

How we use it

• To answer you, and to run pilots and agreements with your organization.
• To tell you about solutions that fit your work; ask us to stop and we will.
• To meet legal obligations.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Business contacts: while we work together, and up to 2 years after our last contact.
• Emails and files you send us: 2 years, or sooner when a pilot ends and you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to info@verarbo.com; we answer within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
