Watch it, for consultants

The essentials, 7 minutes: one sign-in for every client, a client's to-do, one answer for many parts, asking suppliers, the state's file, and what stays yours.
The full demo, 13½ minutes: a new client brought in from their ERP export, and a client in the middle of the work, page by page.
Asking the Assistant, 3 minutes: the same work in plain questions - what needs attention, who to chase first, why a part contains PFAS.

What needs chasing

Open the app and the work is already sorted: parts nobody has answered for, suppliers who sent only a policy statement, declarations about to expire, requests that are overdue, answers waiting for your review.

Home page, needs attention: four parts of unknown PFAS status, four with a policy statement only, one declaration expiring in 39 days, one supplier with no response and one supplier request 22 days overdue.

Your readiness on one page

A dashboard you can filter and rearrange: how many parts are covered, what suppliers declared, where requests stand, and the lists you need to act on - overdue requests and declarations about to expire.

PFAS readiness dashboard: a chart of parts by PFAS status, charts of declarations and supplier requests by status, a table of one overdue supplier request and a table of one declaration expiring on 2026-12-01.
PFAS readiness: charts and follow-up lists on one dashboard.

Ask your suppliers, and follow up

A request names the supplier, the contact, the parts and a due date. Make a link and send it from your own email - the message is written for you. You see when it was opened, saved and submitted, and every call or note is logged.

Your supplier answers on a page of their own

No account and nothing to install. For each part: does it contain intentionally added PFAS, which substance - by name or CAS number - what it does, how much, and whether it's a trade secret. They can attach their documents, save part-way and come back with the same link.

The supplier's page for Pinecrest Seals: for the lip seal, PFAS yes, a substance chosen by CAS number, its function, a concentration range and a trade secret box, with Save and Submit.
What the supplier sees: one question per part, in plain words.

Every declaration, with its evidence

Each supplier answer is a record: what they declared, for which parts, when, until when, and the document behind it - the due-diligence trail MPCA may ask for, kept five years.

Declarations list: seven declarations from Harbor Gasket Co., Pinecrest Seals and Ridgeline Wire, with what each declares and its dates.
All declarations, filterable by supplier and by what they declare.
A declaration from Harbor Gasket Co. for EPDM gaskets: no intentionally added PFAS, declared 2026-07-10, valid until 2027-07-10, linked to its supplier, its parts and its supplier request.
One declaration, with its supplier, its parts and its history.

Your parts, by your part numbers

Each part shows its supplier and its PFAS status. Declare once for a part family and every part in it inherits, unless it has its own answer.

Part GK-301, a PTFE gasket: PFAS status contains PFAS and supplier Harbor Gasket Co., both marked from PTFE gasket.
"from PTFE gasket": this part inherits its status and supplier from its family.

The rows a PRISM report needs

One row per product, component and PFAS, with its function and concentration range - the shape Minnesota's PRISM portal asks for, including the honest "present, amount unknown".

PFAS in products: six rows for the LP300 and LP500 pump series, such as PTFE in casing gaskets at 90 to 100 percent and ETFE in motor lead insulation.
PFAS in products, each row traced to its product, its part and the declaration it came from.
Product LP300 series: brand Lakeside, UPC product code, sold in Minnesota and New Mexico, its five parts, and the four PFAS in products rows that refer to it.
One product: where it's sold, its parts, and its PFAS rows.

In PRISM's own words

The same rows as PRISM names them: product code types, PFAS by their CAS names, functions and ranges from PRISM's own lists. Download them as a spreadsheet, with a dossier of the records behind them.

Exports page, PRISM report: six rows with brand, product model, product code, component, PFAS name, function and range, and buttons to download the rows and the dossier.

Any report you need

Group and count however you need - by status, by supplier - as a table or a chart, and save it as a report or put it on a dashboard.

Parts by PFAS status grouped by supplier: 16 contain PFAS, 6 have no intentionally added PFAS, 4 have a policy statement only and 4 are unknown, 30 in total.
